5 jailed on felony charges
HUNTINGTON -- At least five people were jailed on felony charges Sunday at the Western Regional Jail, according to booking records.
Seth T. Kazee, 19, was brought in by Wayne County authorities on felony charges of daytime burglary, breaking and entering and grand larceny at about 4 a.m. Bond was set at $7,500.
David Wayne Tracy, 48, was brought in by Cabell County authorities on a charge of a felon violating his home confinement. He was brought in about 2:15 a.m. Sunday.
Derek Lee Matthews, 24, was brought in by Wayne County authorities about 4:20 a.m. Sunday on the charge of a felon violating his probation agreement. Bond was set at $2,000.
Cameron Scott Allen, 27, was brought in at 9:20 a.m. by Cabell County authorities on a felony charge of conspiracy.
Jamar Redrick James, 21, was incarcerated at 4 .m. Sunday. Authorities in Cabell County charged James with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Bond was set at $25,000.
