1/2 cup of canned crushed pineapple chilled or 1 cup of chilled strawberries
1/2 teaspoon of coconut extract.
Blend milk, pineapple or strawberries, and extract until smooth.
This recipe also has 1 gram of total fat, 4 milligrams of cholesterol, and 128 milligrams of sodium.
