Four jailed on felony charges Saturday

BARBOURSVILLE -- Four men were incarcerated on felony charges at the Western Regional Jail between midnight and 9 p.m. Sunday.

Khahleff Chandler, 19, was incarcerated at noon Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was denied.

Neshawn Nelson Peppers, 31, was incarcerated at 12:15 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged with a violation of his home confinement on a prior felony charge. Bond was denied.

The Wayne County Sheriff's Office brought in Robert Dale Scarberry, 24, and Jesse Joe Scott, 44, at 1:20 a.m. Saturday. Both were charged with a felony count of grand larceny and a misdemeanor count of destruction of property.

Bond was denied pending arraignment.
