BUS GARAGE:  A $7 million project for Cabell County Schools won’t house any students, but it will serve as a critical facility for the buses that transport them. The county’s new bus garage is under construction in Lesage, with a completion date set for December. The project, on Cox Landing Lane, is a combination of new construction and renovation of the former Cox Landing Junior High School.
