Three jailed on felony charges
BARBOURSVILLE -- Three people were jailed overnight Friday on felony charges at Western Regional Jail in Barboursville:
Jeffrey Nicholas Moore, 30, was incarcerated at 12:15 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with grand larceny, DUI, no insurance and driving on a suspended license. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Shannon Charles Blankenship, 39, was incarcerated at 12:30 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with driving on a suspended license, no insurance, no inspection sticker and defective equipment. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
James Michael McComas, 29, was incarcerated at 5:30 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with unlawful assault and false reporting of an emergency. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
