Boyd county grand jury indicts 11

CATLETTSBURG, Ky. -- A Boyd County grand jury returned indictments on charges ranging from burglary to welfare fraud, according to the office of Commonwealth's Attorney David Justice.

Those indicted:

Christopher L. Shannon, 25, of Ashland, was indicted on charges of burglary and receiving stolen property.

Leonard L. Gervin Jr., 28, no address listed, was indicted on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance and being a persistent felony offender.

Shaun Dewees, 35, of Grayson, Ky., was indicted on a charge of burglary.

Roger D. Daniels, 57, of Ashland, was indicted on a charge of sexual abuse.

Rocky J. Queen, 32, of Ashland, was indicted on a charge of third-degree burglary.

Leron M. Taylor, 33, of Ashland, was indicted on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Ashley S. West Hendrickson, 29, of Ashland, was indicted on a charge of welfare fraud.

John Adkins, 51, of Ashland, was indicted on a charge of welfare fraud.

Natalie Fields, 41, of Ashland, was indicted on a charge of welfare fraud.

Margaret Sexton, 23, of Ashland, was indicted on a charge of welfare fraud.

Albina Reyes, 24, of Ashland, was indicted on a charge of welfare fraud.
