Greek Festival wraps up today
The 26th Annual Greek Festival, Sept. 26-28, 2008, at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 701 11th Ave, in Huntington.

HUNTINGTON -- The corner of 7th Street and 11th Avenue in Huntington looks more like a Greek street festival this week.
St. George Greek Orthodox Church is hosting their 26th annual Greek Festival Friday through Sunday.
A strong smell of traditional Greek food ranging from roasted lamb to Greek pizza, a dish topped with olive oil, feta and mozzarella cheeses, pepperoni, tomatoes and olives.
The festival is from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at 701 11th Avenue. Tours of the St. George Greek Orthodox Church will be given at 2 p.m. on Sunday and dance performances are scheduled for 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
