Putnam man jailed in meth case
SCOTT DEPOT, W.Va. -- A 25-year-old man was arrested and charged with attempting to operate a clandestine laboratory early Friday in Putnam County.
Gary W. Jackson was jailed on the clandestine charge, along with two counts of battery on a police officer and a single count of obstruction, according to a West Virginia State Police press release.
The laboratory was reportedly located in the 100 block of Popular Drive in Scott Depot.
Jackson was arraigned and taken to the Western Regional Jail.
