Tickets available for 'Revolution' premiere
HUNTINGTON -- You can still get tickets Saturday to the premiere of the first two episodes of "Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution" at the Jeslyn Performing Arts Center in downtown Huntington.
The festivities will begin with a red carpet entrance featuring local people who are on the show starting at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 20, followed by the show's premiere at 7 p.m. The Dawg's Rod Willis, who is featured throughout the series, also will attend.
Tickets are $100 for a VIP seat, which includes entrance to the VIP room with a cash bar; $50 for a mid-section seat; $25 for all other seats. Sponsorships are also available for $500 and $1,000. The center is located at 1030 4th Ave.
The event, organized by Kindred Communications and Ebenezer Medical Outreach, will be a fundraiser for Huntington's Kitchen. The kitchen offers low-cost cooking classes and is an offshoot of the show.

"Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution" will premiere on ABC (locally WCHS-TV) at 10 p.m. Sunday, March 21. The premiere episode of the show will replay at 8 p.m. Friday, March 26, followed by the second episode of the show. The sneak peak episode will follow a new episode of the network's popular "Desperate Housewives."
"Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution" focuses on Oliver's efforts in Huntington last year to promote healthier eating habits by encouraging food preparation from fresh ingredients.
