Four charged with felonies late Friday
BARBOURSVILLE -- Four people were booked at the Western Regional Jail late Friday night on felony charges, according to booking records at the facility.
Ronald Ray McComas, 50, was incarcerated at 9:35 p.m. Authorities charged him with three felony counts of robbery. Bond was set at $45,000.
Esta Alonna Blackburn, 24, was incarcerated at 9:30 p.m. Authorities charged her with three felony counts of robbery. Bond was set at $30,000.
Heather Tierney, 28, was incarcerated at 9:20 p.m. Authorities charged her with a felony count of delivery of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $20,000.
Edward Peter Floyd, 53, was incarcerated at 9:20 p.m. Authorities charged him with a felony count of aiding and abetting a felony. Bond was set at $40,000.
