Branches gets $20,000 grant from Mary Kay
HUNTINGTON -- Branches Domestic Violence Shelter, a domestic violence local shelter serving Cabell, Mason, Putnam, Wayne and Lincoln counties, received a $20,000 grant from the Mary Kay Foundation.
The foundation awarded the grants to more than 150 domestic violence shelters nationwide for a total of $3 million.
Branches will use the grant to provide critical support for its shelter renovation projects.
