Health care reform meeting set for Nov. 5
HUNTINGTON -- A town hall meeting on the national health care reform proposal will be held Thursday, Nov. 5, at Spring Valley High.
The meeting, which begins at 7 p.m. in the school auditorium, is being organized by the high school's Young Democrats and Young Republican Clubs.
Speakers participating in the discussion include state Del. Doug Reynolds, state Sen. Evan Jenkins, Republican congressional candidate Marty Gearheart and a representative of the insurance industry.
The public is invited and will have an opportunity to ask questions.
