10 felony inmates among recent bookings

BARBOURSVILLE -- Ten felony inmates are among recent bookings at the Western Regional Jail, according to jail records.

James Wayne Pruett, 27, was incarcerated at 7:07 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He was being held without bond pending arraignment.

Jason Thomas Colley, 36, was incarcerated at 4:30 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with being a fugitive from justice and obstruction. He was being held without bond.

Oscar Frye, 50, was incarcerated at 10:20 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. His bond was $100,000.

Shirley Rosetta Robie, 43, was incarcerated at 8:25 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Mason County charged her with a felony bail piece.

Eve Marie Bunner, 24, was incarcerated at 7:21 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and misdemeanor shoplifting. Her bond was $101,000.

Melissa Dawn Lockhart, 34, was incarcerated at 6:50 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with felony violation of home confinement. She was being held without bond.

Najah Menapape, 30, was incarcerated at 5:20 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with being a fugitive from justice and obstruction. She was being held without bond.

John Michael Stanley, 21, was incarcerated at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with two counts of felony arson and a single count of burglary. He was being held without bond pending arraignment.

Elizabeth Ann Chinn, 22, was incarcerated at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Wayne County charged her with felony malicious assault and armed robbery. Her bond was $30,000.

Mark Marcum, 33, was incarcerated at 2:20 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with a bond revocation. He was being held without bond.
