HUNTINGTON -- Two men accused of robbing a Milton tobacco/video lottery retailer have been arrested.

Darren Stollings, 25, and Matthew England, 22, both of Huntington, were apprehended Thursday by Milton Police and members of the Huntington Violent Crimes Task Force at separate times Thursday, authorities said.

According to reports, a hooded man entered D.C. Carryout in the Perry Morris Square shopping center at about 11:30 p.m. June 25, brandishing a large pistol and demanding money.

The man, who was also wearing a toboggan, ordered the clerk to get on the floor and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police have not yet specified who they believe performed the robbery, or what role the other suspect played in the incident. Milton Police Chief Gregg Mullins said police are also searching for a third suspect.

Mullins said the two suspects were identified through investigative leads, and located through surveillance by the task force.

The armed robbery was the first to occur in Milton in about a year.
