Democratic women elect new officers
BARBOURSVILLE -- New officers for 2010 and 2011 were elected at the November meeting of the Democratic Women's Club of Cabell County.
New officers are: Carolyn Hager, president; Monika Rowe, first vice president; Betty Stepp, second vice president; Catherine Altizer, recording secretary; Janet Artrip, corresponding secretary; Kathleen Thornton, treasurer; Betty McClure, historian; Deborah Chapman, chaplain.
Jane Hustead, Cabell County Circuit Court judge, will conduct the swearing in ceremony, which will take place at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, at the 4-H Camp on Booten Creek Road in Barboursville.
