Seven jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE -- The following individuals were incarcerated on felony charges at Western Regional Jail on Saturday:

Craig Odell Owens, 42, was incarcerated at 4:35 p.m. Saturday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with four felony counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one felony count of possession of meth. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Scott Michael Sliker, 37, was incarcerated at 2:55 p.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony nighttime burglary. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Joshua Wyndall Smith, 32, was incarcerated at 1:45 p.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony child abuse creating risk of serious injury and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

John Cornell, 32, was incarcerated at 1:45 p.m. Saturday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with felony child abuse creating risk of serious injury and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Michael Mayes, 47, was incarcerated at 1: 45 p.m. Saturday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with felony child abuse creating risk of serious injury and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Alice Faye Stephenson, 41, was incarcerated at 12:15 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Wayne County charged her with felony first-degree arson and second-degree arson, obstructing, battery on an officer and felony willful arson. Charges from Mingo County included two counts of willful arson. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Henry Lee Clay, 66, was incarcerated at 1:20 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with four counts of felony wanton endangerment. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
