'Wizard of Oz' wraps up run at Paramount
ASHLAND -- "The Wizard of Oz" reached the end of its yellow brick road at the Paramount Arts Center in Ashland on Saturday.
The local stage performances, based on the movie, featured all the classic songs in the tale of Dorothy Gale of Kansas and her journey over the rainbow. Nearly 6,000 tickets were sold for the Paramount's performances that ran March 14-16.
Upcoming events at the Paramount include "Elvis Lives" on Tuesday, March 26, and the French Shoppe of Nashville on March 27-28. For more details about future events or to purchase tickets, call 606-324-3175.
