CMHS senior collecting items for community service project

Tiffani Webb, a senior at Cabell Midland High, is collecting for the Huntington City Mission as part of her monthly community service project.

Webb has been collecting donations for several organizations, some ongoing projects and other monthly projects. For the Huntington City Mission needs twin sheets, cotton blankets, hygiene starter kits, kids bubble bath or soap crayons to encourage taking a bath, pillow with pillow case (kids themed), kids bed sets for twin size.

Ongoing projects include: eyeglasses for the Lion's Club; cellphones for Branches Domestic Abuse Shelter; ladies clothing, purses and shoes for Dress for Success; pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House; luggage and backpacks for Mission West Virginia; and personal care items, gloves, hats and scarves, and adult books and games for Harmony House.

Donations can be dropped off at Source in Perry Morris Square or Milton Baptist Church.
