BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS: The 29th annual Big Brothers Big Sisters Christmas Tree Sale begins Saturday, Nov. 28. The trees -- pine, Scotch Pine and Fraser Fir varieties -- are freshly cut from Virginia and Michigan. Wreaths also are available. The trees are for sale at BB&T Bank, 6th Avenue and 1st Street in Huntington; Eastern Heights Shopping Center, U.S. 60 in Huntington; and at the Ashland Tennis Center, 13th Street and Oakview Road in Ashland. STEWART'S HOT DOTS: Located 2445 5th Ave., in Huntington, Stewart's Hot Dogs will be selling Fraser fir Christmas Trees for the 44th consecutive season. All trees are grown in West Virginia and were cut on Nov. 21. They range in height from 5 feet to 12 feet. Prices start at $23. Hourse are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday. Credit and debit cards are accepted. For more information, call 304-529-3647.
BOY SCOUT TROOP 63: Boy Scout Troop 63 is selling Fraser firs and green spruce trees from 5 to 10 feet tall. Tree prices begin at $25. Trees can be purchased in the Big Kmart parking lot on U.S. 60 E between Huntington and Barboursville. Open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. from Saturday, Nov. 28, through Wednesday, Dec. 23.
