Police blotter: Marcum Terrace resident reports 1989 Chevrolet Cavalier stolen

Reports from the Huntington Police Department provided the following information:

A resident on the 1300 block of Marcum Terrace reported his car was stolen sometime Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.

The owner indicated that the doors were locked and the windows were up. The car was a 1989 gray Chevrolet Caviler.

BREAKING AND ENTERING: A resident on the 600 block of 10th Avenue reported his car was broken into and items were stolen on Wednesday.

The owner reported a GPS system, designer sunglasses and a digital camera were stolen from the vehicle. The damage and stolen property totaled $1,270.

BURGLARY: A resident on 2200 block of James River Road reported a burglary took place between Oct. 10 and 29.

A woman reported $10,000 in cash, $200 in gift cards and $4,850 worth of jewelry was stolen.

Booking records from the Western Regional Jail provided the following information:

Paul Jarrett Miller, 22, was incarcerated at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with felony malicious wounding. He was detained without bond pending arraignment.

James Allen Thompson, 19, was incarcerated at 8 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony stealing a motor vehicle, grand larceny, along with two counts of misdemeanor destruction of property and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond was $34,000.

Mike Gene Dillon, 42, was incarcerated at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was $100,000.

Bryan Scott Maggard, 25, was incarcerated at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony second-degree assault and misdemeanor battery. Bond was $55,000.

Craig O'Dell Owens, 38, was incarcerated at 2:10 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony operation or attempt to operate a clandestine drug lab and felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He was detained without bond.

Carlos Jason Dickey, 36, was incarcerated at 1:25 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with being a fugitive from justice and felony malicious wounding. He was detained without bond.

Jeremy Lee King, 22, was incarcerated at 12:55 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with six counts of felony grand larceny. Bond was $50,000.
