Pro-life rally set for Feb. 11 at the Capitol
CHARLESTON -- Supporters of West Virginians for Life will gather at the Capitol from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11, for the annual Pro-Life Rally and Day at the Legislature.
Dr. Wanda Franz, president of West Virginians for Life, will be speaking at the noon rally as well as National Right to Life Political Director Karen Cross. WVFL Legislative Coordinator John Carey and Ruth Deely, president of WV Teens for Life. The winners of the teen Pro-Life Essay Contest will ready their winning submissions also.
Several pro-life legislators will be introduced and petitions presented during the rally.
