West Virginia

Cabell County: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.

Barboursville: 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.

Buffalo Town Hall: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.

Ceredo: 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, with a street party from 7 to 9 p.m.

Eleanor: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.

Fort Gay: 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.

Huntington (including Westmoreland): 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.

Hurricane: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.

Kanawha: Safe trick or treat during the third annual Trick or Beat. Session one from 6 to 7 p.m. and session two from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, at Appalachian Power Park. Free, but tickets are required and are available at the West Virginia Power Front Office or at West Virginia Radio. Tickets are limited.

Kenova: 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.

Milton: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.

Wayne County: 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.

Winfield: 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.

Ohio

Athalia: Call Mayor Jimmy & Sheila Chapman, 740-886-7536 (usually the same as Proctorville)

Chesapeake: 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.

Ironton: Safe trick or treat from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 27, with the annual Halloween parade. Residential trick or treat from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.

Hanging Rock: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.

Proctorville: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.

South Point: 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.

Kentucky

Ashland: 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.

Catlettsburg: Call 606- 739-4533.

Louisa: 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.
