Body found in Wayne County; name released
HUNTINGTON — Neighbors discovered the body of a man in Wayne County late Thursday, according to West Virginia State Police.
Troopers identified the body as that of Craig Andrew McGlothlin. The 26-year-old from Oak Lane was found late Thursday by neighbors in his residential, Spring Valley neighborhood of Huntington, according released Friday morning by State Police Sgt. Rob Perry.
The sergeant said Thursday it was unclear whether the body was dumped or the man died at the scene. An autopsy was still pending Friday morning, as State Police reinforced there were no immediate signs of foul play.
Perry said the man’s family had last communicated with him around 7:45 p.m. Thursday. Investigators checked surveillance video from a business he visited the same day.
