Five jailed on felony charges
BARBOURSVILLE -- The following people were incarcerated at Western Regional Jail Saturday:
William Leo Bragg, 32, was incarcerated at 2:40 p.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony receiving and transferring stolen property and a misdemeanor capias warrant. Bond was $27,000.
Kimberly Bowen, 25, was incarcerated at 10 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Wayne County charged her with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and felony conspiracy. Bond was $35,000.
Kyle Vance Bowen, 29, was incarcerated at 10 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Wayne county charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and felony conspiracy. Bond was $35,000.
Kia Rhae Maxey, 32, was incarcerated at 12:50 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Putnam County charged her with obstructing, driving on a suspended license and trespassing. Authorities also discovered she had a felony embezzlement warrant out of Cabell County. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Melvin Courts, 20, was incarcerated at 6:20 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with three counts of possession with intent to deliver. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
