Local man wins big on 'Wheel'

Jan. 10, 2013 @ 11:49 PM

HUNTINGTON -- One local man took a few big spins and turned them into a big win on Thursday night's episode of "Wheel of Fortune."

Ryan Jobe, 30, of Huntington walked away with a total of $68,250 in cash and prizes, including a trip to Honduras.

Jobe, who flew to Los Angeles to film the episode last July, met with family and friends for a watch party at Fat Patty's on Thursday.

During the show, Jobe won every round of play, except for the first toss-up round. He won $38,250 before going to the bonus round, during which he solved the puzzle and won an additional $30,000.
