Five in Kentucky sentenced to prison
CATLETTSBURG, Ky. -- Five people have been sentenced to prison this week in Boyd County Circuit Court, according to the office of Commonwealth's Attorney David Justice.
Roger Kittle, 30, of Ashland was sentenced Friday by Judge George B. Davis to 10 years in prison for robbery.
Christopher Arnett, 35, of Catlettsburg, Ky., was sentenced Friday by Judge C. David Hagerman to five years in prison for drug trafficking.
Paul Evans, 45, of Ashland was sentenced Friday by Davis to five years in prison for trafficking in drugs.
Daniel Ritenour, 33, of Ashland was sentenced Wednesday by Davis to six years in prison for burglary.
Kevin Kirk, 26, of Catlettsburg, Ky., was sentenced Wednesday by Davis to five years in prison for theft.
