Two men charged with meth possession in Putnam County

BARBOURSVILLE -- Six people were incarcerated on felony charges Sunday at the Western Regional Jail.

Jeremy Kermit Dillon, 38, and Jared Maynard, 34, were both arrested in Putnam County and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver. Dillon also was wanted on a circuit court warrant in Cabell County and was charged with speeding, driving with a revoked license, improper vehicle registration and driving with no insurance.

Bonds for Dillon and Maynard were set at $50,000 each.

Keith Robert Day, 28, was arrested in Mason County and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He was waiting to be arraigned Sunday evening.

Rachael D. Stephens, 27, was arrested in Cabell County on a felony capias warrant. She was waiting to be arraigned Sunday evening.

Donald Travis Henry, 30, was arrested in Mason County and charged with daytime burglary and breaking and entering. He was waiting to be arraigned Sunday evening.

Randy Lee Henry, 37, was arrested in Mason County and charged with daytime burglary and breaking and entering. He was waiting to be arraigned Sunday evening.
