Electronics among items stolen from pickup truck
HUNTINGTON — The following information was provided by reports filed by the Huntington Police Department:
LARCENY: An Ohio man reported someone broke the passenger side window out of his pickup truck while it was parked in the rear of the 900 block of 5th Avenue Monday evening and stole a GPS, Kindle, binoculars, mp3 player and three boxes containing miscellaneous items. The estimated loss is $650.
BURGLARY: A Huntington resident reported someone broke the bolt lock on the front door of a home in the 2700 block of Guyan Avenue Sunday night, entered the home and stole $400 cash.
The following information was provided by booking records from the Western Regional Jail:
David Scott Gillenwater, 38, was incarcerated at 5:35 p.m. Tuesday.
Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with operating/attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab, possession of meth precursors, possession of a controlled substance and obstruction.
Bond was $32,000.
Michele Dawn Wheeler, 36, was incarcerated at 5:35 p.m. Tuesday.
Authorities in Lincoln County charged her with operating/attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab, possession of meth precursors and possession of a controlled substance.
Bond was $30,000.
Corey Stephen Smarr, 42, was incarcerated at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday.
Authorities in Cabell County charged him with a bond revocation. Bond was denied.
