GARY WINFORD CALL, 67, of Hurricane died Monday at Teays Valley Hospital, Hurricane. He retired from the City of Huntington. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. today, Friday, Sept. 12, White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. There will be no visitation. BILLY B. LITTON, 80, of Hurricane, husband of Betty Miller Litton, died Frida, Sept. 5 in Hubbard Hospice House. He was a retired carpenter. Funeral service was Sunday, Allen Funeral Home, Hurricane; burial at Hurricane Town Cemetery. ZELPHIA ELOISE WALLACE, 84, of Culloden, W.Va., passed away Sunday, September 7, 2008, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services were Wednesday, September 10, 2008, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, W.Va., by Dr. Jerry Warren. Burial in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington. She was born August 8, 1924, in Huntington, W.Va., a daughter of the late Dewey and Willa Forth Qualls. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Wallace; one daughter, Dreama Mobley; and her brother, Raymond Qualls. She is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Brenda M. Wallace of Culloden and Esta and Ike Walters of Huntington; six sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth Wallace of Ona, W.Va., Keith Wallace and George and Yoko Wallace of Culloden, Donald and Connie Wallace of Ona, Cass Wallace of Huntington and Larry and Jamie Wallace of Culloden; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
