5 jailed on drug charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Three people were brought in from Wayne County and booked on felony drug charges Sunday morning at the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville.
Arrested were: Charity Micelle Hartman, 33, Amanda Carol Ross, 25, and Daniel Lee Maxwell, 31.
All three were arrested and brought to the Regional Jail by an officer with the Wayne County Sheriff department.
All there were charged with the felony of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver times seven as well as conspiracy.
In Cabell County, two people were arrested for operating a meth lab.
Juan Carlos Chavez, 26, was brought in at 1:15 a.m. Sunday by an officer with Cabell County Sheriff’s Department.
Rachel Jeanette Daiiley, 27, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. in Cabell County. Both were arrested on the felony charge of attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab.
The last felon to be taken into the jail on Sunday was Marvin Midkiff, 30. He self reported on a drug court violation.
