OXYCODONE: A Proctorville, Ohio, man has pleaded guilty in a oxycodone case that took him to western Putnam County, W.Va.
PRISON: A Cabell man with multiple felony convictions is headed to prison. He had pleaded guilty to transferring stolen property. He entered a Kennedy plea to grand larceny. It marked his sixth felony conviction, according to court officials.
