American Cancer Society representatives, Tri-State residents kick off 2010 Relay for Life

HUNTINGTON -- Representatives from the American Cancer Society joined a number of Tri-State residents to help kick off the 2010 Marshall University Relay for Life on Tuesday at the Memorial Student Center.
Several people with the American Cancer Society and a cancer survivor spoke about the importance of raising money and awareness. Last year, the Marshall Relay for Life raised $13,000 for the American Cancer Society. The 2010 relay will be held from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. April 16.
