Employees at United Bank participate in national event
HUNTINGTON -- Employees at United Bank participated Friday in Take Your Dog to Work Day.
The day was established in 1999 by Pet Sitters International to provide a way to recognize the role dogs play in society and promote pet adoptions from local shelters, rescue groups and human societies.
United Bank's participation also included selling hot dogs, dog food, baked goods, homemade dog treats and a basket raffle. All proceeds went to Little Victories Animal Shelter in Ona.
