Applications for clothing vouchers accepted starting July 1
The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, Division of Family Assistance will begin accepting applications for school clothing vouchers for eligible children enrolled in West Virginia schools on Monday, July 1.
Each eligible child will receive a $200 voucher that may be used toward the purchase of appropriate school clothing or piece goods for families who sew clothing for their children. Vouchers must be used at participating stores by Oct. 31.
Applications must be received by July 31.
Applications are available by contacting a local DHHR office, calling 877-716-1212 or applying online at www.wvinroads.org.
