Patrons take tour of restaurants during annual event

Apr. 25, 2013 @ 10:52 PM

HUNTINGTON -- Participants during this year's Progressive Dinner didn't have to be particularly adventurous in order to thoroughly explore downtown Huntington on Thursday night.

The second annual event was hosted by The Downtown Huntington Partners Inc., whose mission is to provide "vision, support and promotion for the improvement of downtown Huntington."

Organizers did just that Thursday by gathering guests in the lobby of The Frederick Building, where they were provided their "Dinner Maps," which served as their guides for dinner at an assortment of downtown restaurants.

The participating restaurants were Savannah's, La Famiglia, Black Sheep Burrito & Brews, SIP Wine Bar, River & Rail Bakery, Crumpet & Tea, Max & Erma's, Marshall Hall of Fame Restaurant, Le Bistro, Huntington Prime, Bobby Pruett's Steakhouse and 21 at The Frederick.
