Man jailed on drunken driving charge
HUNTINGTON -- Authorities in Cabell County jailed a 28-year-old man on a felony charge, according to records at the Western Regional Jail.
Joseph Emerson Fowler, 28, was incarcerated at 4:10 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony fleeing while driving under the influence, along with misdemeanor driving under the influence, fleeing on foot, assault on a police officer and obstruction.
He was detained without bond pending arraignment.
