Two incarcerated on felony charges Friday
BARBOURSVILLE -- Two men were charged with felony counts and booked into the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville Friday.
Kerwin Lamont McKinney, 37, was incarcerated at 12:57 p.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with a felony count of forgery of a public record and two misdemeanor counts of driving on a revoked license and obstruction. Bond was denied.
John Robert Davis, 24, was incarcerated at 1:10 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony destruction of property. Bond was set at $5,000.
