Two jailed on felony charges on Tuesday
BARBOURSVILLE -- Two people were jailed on felony charges Tuesday, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.
Linda Darlene Boykin, 56, was incarcerated at 1:45 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with felony third-offense driving under the influence. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
James Cleo Cummings, 44, was booked at 2:30 a.m. on a felony charge out of Lincoln County. He's charged with delivery scheduled for a controlled substance. Cummings was awaiting arraignment Wednesday.
