Hundreds of ghouls and goblins pack square for Safe Treat-or-Treat
HUNTINGTON -- Pullman Square was packed with pumpkins, princesses and pirates for its second annual Safe Trick-or-Treat event Tuesday evening.
Hundreds of costumed kids and their parents were treated to music, games and candy compliments of Pullman Square merchants and several local businesses that set up special booths for the event.
Costumed superheroes like Batman also met with children to encourage them to play nice and stand up against bullying.
Clear Channel Radio hosted the event again this year, which included Pump Up The Fun; Dutch Miller Chevrolet-Hyundai-Kia; Ohio University-Southern Ironton-Proctorville; Serenity Day Spa of Milton; Big Sandy Superstore Arena; Chalkboard Games; and Here We Grow in addition to Pullman Square businesses.
