Police blotter: Church reports outdoor air conditioning unit stolen

HUNTINGTON -- Reports from the Huntington Police Department provided the following information:

GRAND LARCENY: The Kellogg Independent Holiness Church of God on Piedmont Road reported its three-ton outdoor air conditioning unit stolen from the facility on Tuesday. The church reported the unit was located on the west side of the building. Police have surveillance video.

The unit was valued at $3,000.

STOLEN AUTO -- A resident in the 900 block of 4th Avenue reported his white 2000 Chrysler Town & Country van stolen on Thursday. The owner reported he parked the vehicle in the parking lot across the street from the West Virginia Building.

The owner reported the vehicle was locked and no spare key was inside the van.
