HUNTINGTON -- About 2,000 kids and their parents filled the Keith Albee Performing Arts Center on Wednesday night, ready to rock out with one of the biggest pop acts in the nation.

The Fresh Beat Band came to Huntington to sing their hit songs including "Here We Go" and "A Friend Like You."

The band members also are stars of a television show on Nickelodeon of the same name, which began in 2009.

The band released its latest album, "The Fresh Beat Band: More Music From The Hit TV Show Vol. 2.0" on Tuesday. The album features 20 kid-friendly songs including the band's most popular songs from all three seasons of the show.
