BARBOURSVILLE -- An early-afternoon power outage at the Huntington Mall and cold and wet weather conditions didn't stop the ghouls and goblins from venturing out for Truck or Treat at the mall, co-sponsored by the Huntington High School theater group and Turnpike Ford.

The two teamed up to pass out goodies to trick-or-treaters, who dropped off canned and nonperishable food to fill up a truck. All food was donated to the Huntington Area Food Bank.
