Man charged with 5th DUI offense

IRONTON -- A Huntington man was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence for a fifth time.

Therman H. Maynard, 42, was arrested after crashing his vehicle into an embankment on State Route 141, according to a press release from the Ohio State Patrol. Maynard was also charged with failure to control, failure to wear a seat belt and no operator's license.

Maynard is scheduled to appear in Ironton Municipal Court at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 14.
