Ky. man charged with operating a meth lab
ASHLAND -- Kentucky State Police arrested a Boyd County, Ky., man Wednesday on charges he was operating a meth lab on Booth Quillen Road, according to a news release.
Gary R. Rowe, 34, of Cannonsburg, Ky., was charged with manufacturing meth, fleeing or evading police, three counts of trafficking in a controlled substance and a warrant for manufacturing meth, according to the release.
State police were in the 1600 block of Booth Quillen Road in Cannonsburg to arrest Rowe on an indictment, according to the release.
He was transported to the Boyd County Detention Center on the drug charges.
