Woman charged with operating a clandestine lab

HUNTINGTON -- At least three people were jailed on felony charges Sunday at the Western Regional Jail, according to booking records.

Donna Sue Watts, 40 and of Branchland, was brought in at 2:25 a.m. by the West Virginia State Police out of Lincoln County. She was charged with operating a clandestine lab, open burning of refuse, an open dump, obstructing and providing false information. Bond was set at $50,000.

Brittani Nicole Roush, 24 of Mason County, brought in at 4:15 a.m. by Mason County Police on a warrant for failure to appear in court times two. Bond was set at $50,000.

Danny Joe Clay, 51, was incarcerated at 5:10 p.m. Sunday. Authorities in Wayne County charged Clay with grand larceny times two. He was still awaiting arraignment as of 9 p.m. Sunday.

Others who were brought in over the weekend include:

Amberly Reyna Blake, 30, was incarcerated Friday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged her with felony child neglect, along with misdemeanors improper/expired registration, no insurance, no operators, no seat belt, unlawful restraint and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was $1,400.

Erica Dawn Dearnell, 32, was incarcerated Friday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged her with felony grand larceny, destruction of property, conspiracy and nighttime burglary, along with misdemeanor disruption of government process and obstruction. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Mary Jo Lyons was incarcerated Friday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged her with felony child neglect with injury. She was released on bond.

Fred Alan Smith, 40, was incarcerated Friday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with burglary, grand larceny, destruction of property, and conspiracy. Bond was $20,000.

Stephanie Lynn Martin, 34, was incarcerated Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was denied.

Courtney Daniel Baylous, 22, was incarcerated Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with an unspecified felony charge. Bond was denied.

Bryan Michael Adams, 22, was incarcerated Friday. Authorities charged him with an unspecified felony charge. Bond was denied.
