Veterans to be recognized at W.Va. Capitol
CHARLESTON — Veterans Visibility Day is scheduled at the W.Va. State Capitol on Monday, Feb. 17.
The West Virginia Department of Veterans Assistance, the West Virginia Veterans Council and the West Virginia Veterans Coalition organize the event to recognize the contributions of our veterans and military members and provide an opportunity to share thoughts with state lawmakers, according to a news release.
A presentation in the House chamber is set for 9 a.m. with a presentation before the Senate immediately following.
