Listening Tour to make stop at MU

HUNTINGTON — The West Virginia House of Delegates Listening Tour will stop at Marshall University on Monday, Feb. 17, for a public feedback session on small business concerns. It is the second of a 10-session tour planned by House Speaker Tim Miley, D-Harrison.

The event will be in the Student Memorial Center’s Shawkey Room from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

The listening tour made its first stop in Clarksburg on Tuesday with more than 70 in attendance, according to The Exponent-Telegram. At the event, Miley and other delegates heard about small business issues ranging from workforce training and regulatory hurdles to health care reform and Internet sales.
