Open house to feature free health screenings
ASHLAND -- King's Daughters Home Medical Equipment will host a holiday open house from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, at 3503 Winchester Ave.
The event will feature free health screenings, refreshments, door prizes and giveaways. Prizes will include a lift chair and a scooter, which will be delivered to the winners' homes. The first 25 customers during the open house will receive a free blood pressure monitor, and all attending diabetics will receive a free glucometer. The store will offer a 20 percent discount on all store merchandise, which applies to in-stock items only, and not to items already being billed for coverage by insurance.
