New officers for local American Legion Ladies Auxiliary

The Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion Post 177 in Barboursville elected new officers on Monday.

The 2008-2009 officers include: Drema Goolsby, president; Sharon Smith; 1st vice-president; May McComas, 2nd vice-president; Kathy Sowards, secretary/treasurer; Verna Davis, chaplain;

Mary Adkins, historian; and Donna J. McComas, sergeant at arms. The installation of new officers will be held on June 22, 2008, at the American Legion Post 177.
