Felon gets federal drug sentence

HUNTINGTON - A three-time convicted felon caught a break in pleading guilty to a heroin charge in Huntington.

Jazzmyn Rochon Litzy, 35, of Cabell County, pleaded guilty to possessing with intent to distribute heroin. U.S. District Judge Robert C. Chambers set sentencing for Sept. 21.
